As a third-generation Oregonian, I created Dutch + Bow with a focus on sustainably and ethically produced garments. We seek out companies that give voice, dignity, and livelihood to women, artists, and minorities. These garments empower us to be ourselves, whatever the season or trend.

We believe that fashion is not only practical but serves as an expression of self. What we wear allows us to be who we are or who we want to be in the moment.

What we choose to wear is a personal expression of joy, helping us feel good in our own skin!

On a personal note, I truly enjoy connecting with everyone who comes through the door. If I can help them find something that makes them feel as fabulous as they are, it's always a bonus!

Getting to hang at D&B one or two days a week gets me outta my sweats, away from my computer and engaging with all the most fun humans in Bend (and beyond). Really it is the people - meeting new faces and catching up with familiar ones, the genuine connections curated in this shop are second only to the amazing clothing, well, actually, tied - Massive thanks to everyone that walks in our doors bringing with them a unique and authentic light - it does not go unnoticed! I fell into sales as a Girl Scout. January was cookie season in my hometown. To my mother’s dismay I took the honor of being the top salesperson way too seriously. When delivery week came around, our living room was full to the ceiling with cases of cookies for us to deliver.

I’ve owned a small art gallery, a curated wine shop and an eclectic estate store. I believe in beautiful well made things that last a long time. But mostly I love people. Matching kind people with beautiful things gives me so much joy.

I love the art of dressing! What a wonderful way to be creative and present yourself to the world on a daily basis. Knitting is my peace of mind, and it gives me a true appreciation for slow fashion and quality pieces of clothing. I believe a great outfit can bring a whole new level of confidence and joy to an individual no matter where life is taking them for the day, and I truly love helping customers experience this for themseves.
